All Saints Presbyterian is a mission work of RPC, Reformation Presbyterian Church located in Virginia Beach. This group of believers began meeting informally at the end of 2020 and is excited to be an official OPC plant hoping to serve Suffolk, VA and the surrounding rural communities.
